They routinely sold products for 10-15% over the MSRP whereas online retailers for selling products for under the MSRP... which, more or less, was a large part of KB's problem. And while I bought more from other retailers because they had better prices, a lot of TRU's issue probably did come from companies like Target and Wal-Mart expanding their toy selection so parents didn't need to travel to a dedicated toy store. Granted, the fact that TRU had the perception of costing more (because they charged more for the exact same product) likely discouraged some parents from making a special trip there. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
