It didn't. The courts tried to stall it, which is the most they can do. Trump's mistake was entrusting Mattis to do the right thing, which he failed to. So Trump is taking things into his own hands now.

And it's funny how you never ever respond to accusations of hating gays, transgender people, Jews, and Muslims.

It's almost as if you agree with it, that you do hate them and wish they would die, but don't want to outright say it because you'll get suspended/banned.
