Life is Strange: Episode 4 beated. On Episode 5. Just saved Chloe for the nth time but Max passed out near the lighthouse and we're back in Jefferson's Class on Day 1. y'know, when the windows were splattered with blood. just another day where nothing ever happened in arcadia bay

turns out the dark room was a dark place

so it was the perfect time to party. The Vortex Club Party was actually pretty cool. Was fun chatting to everyone and the music was good, particularly the first song when you arrive. Also lol Brooke man already has a date set up with warren and now setting one up with daniel?. Talked to Victoria and made her the newest Lab Mem. sadly i haven't been assigning numbers but i have been internally referring to max's befriending as lab mems. Also warned her about Nathan. in retrospect, whoops.

Chloe was actually surprisingly showing more patience for Max wanting to listen to Jefferson announce the contest winner than I had. also why is he announcing it there. Anyway, Max and Chloe then proceed to do something dumb going alone to the junkyard, making tons of noise, NOT KEEPING A LOOKOUT.

so yeah, whoops.

Onto Episode 5 and yo. yo. yooooooooooooooo. this was rather disturbing.

But then lmao at the emergence of Punished Max just destroying Jefferson with no BS when she jumps back to the start. All her examine lines are just so no BS I loved it. Also saving Kate again and setting up ~the perfect world~. It was weird navigating her text messages on the plane/Gallery to try and figure out exactly what happened still. I remember having the impression things didn't seem to make too much sense exactly, but eh. Until Max is all "oh right the tornado. whoops."

like seriously jefferson burns her diary because she ripped the photo? that's silly. i'd say it also makes little sense from jefferson's perspective but his perspective is entirely ****ed up so whatever probably no point in analyzing it. Anyway, I screwed up the David thing a bunch. Must have tried every option before I realized the cable was there.

Anyway, that all taken care of I had Max take Chloe's necklace and hide the truth from David. Then we saved a bunch of people on the way to the diner. Told Frank what happened and gave Warren a hug. Messed up trying to convince Chloe one time but got it the second. Max telling Chloe about what Jefferson did to her and her Earth-2 experience was pretty emotional. I guess Max also explains here that auto-pilot Max is clueless (and also still a jerk I assume.)

And so that's how I ended up in what my save file called "Nightmare." Only thing I did before stopping once I arrived here was check my journal and text messages.

Argh, sorry for the wall of spoilers, but at this stage in the game it's hard to really avoid them if I'm going to use them.
