now, if chain thundaga is already well over capping, that's when it could be close to a 3x damage boost, because en-lightning could allow you to cap on hell thunder for 60k x2 vs 40k. you'd also need 2/3 of legend dive, thundergod RM, party quick-cast to reduce the cast time difference to negligible levels.

Well, part of it is I don't want to make a second Chain Thundaga since I already have one at R5 that Ashe is using. But yeah, if I got the USB I would devote the orbs to dive Shantotto. It would be over 3x what I'm getting from her now anyway.
