There is probably a good theme in here somewhere, but the music sounds slightly off tune to me. Perhaps this is a case of good concept, bad execution? Also, I wasn't watching wrestling during WCW's time, but judging by the clips used for the custom tron, did Luger come out to this theme during the turn of the millenium (1999-2000)? If so, this would sound terribly out of place with everything else at the time. This sounds like a theme someone would use in the early 90s.
