Opened Ursula (on Nia) who I am absolutely in love with and abandoned rescuing Pyra to go start her quest. Then discovered I need Pyra to start her quest so lol me. From some Google searching it seems Blade-Nia is broken af but I usually play as Driver-Nia so I don't think I'll be using her that much unless you all convince me otherwise? It's really just personal choice. In the later portions of the game, a dedicated healer is much less necessary as more options become available. --- BK_Sheikah?
