Well, in Persona 5, you see the effects of Kamoshida's disgusting actions directly within the early part of the game, and he's so blatantly evil, too. He's just a despicable human being with no nuance whatsoever to him. I think it was pretty smart to have someone like him as the starter villain since it hooks you almost right away, but at the same time, nobody else really compares in the "love to hate" bad guy camp other than Shido (and maybe the SIU Director that you never get to face at all). ---
