They displayed a character that cannot even be summoned on the Rose scouter and say it was a bug with 0 compensation. If this happened on JP theyd get all their stones refunded. And you know what? LOTS of people on the Dokkan reddit are contacting Apple/Google and getting refunds approved. Its amazing how awful the subhuman scum Global team is.
