You can cut down on that a bit with berries but imo it's way more beneficial to throw berries at farming raids during magfests. 3k~ berries can get you a beginner f2p agni, varuna (if you already have at least one flb fenrir bow), or titan grid. Once I get closer to the end I'll start spamming nightmares especially if I find people to duo with. Honestly the bigger hurdle in 40 boxing is the 500 silver certificates for me. >_> The wiki has a chart for token efficiency, if you want to take a look at it.
