In fact, let's look at a list of all the characters Kirby has lost to: 2002: Jill 2003: Alucard 2004: Squall 2005: Bowser 2006: Luigi 2007: L-Block, Kratos 2008: Solid Snake, Cloud 2010: Sonic 2013: Sephiroth Now a list of Kirby's victims: 2003: Ramza 2004: Kain 2005: Cecil, Tidus 2006: Prince of Persia 2007: Laharl, Nathan Hale, Donkey Kong 2008: Jinjo, Master Chief, Raiden, Dante, Leon Kennedy, Sonic, Sephiroth 2010: Rikku, GLaDOS, Vivi 2013: Terra, Peach, Elizabeth, Crash, Big Boss I'm spelling all this out to illustrate how Kirby has had the most consistent growth from 2002 to 2013. He's this big pink snowball and in the past five years he's probably become even more powerful based just on the love this industry and its fans give him. Is Kirby an elite? Probably not, but at this point he's probably as strong as he could ever be. We are at the theoretical Pink Ceiling. There was a Kirby pop-up cafe in Japan last year and it was so busy that you had to make reservations months in advance. People flew into Japan to eat there. Bitches love Kirby.
