My memory isn't the sharpest at the best of times, so forgive me if I'm mixing up episodes here. The reason I suspect Kyrie for this part is that the call them out and test them plot was her idea in Tea Party 7, so it'd make sense if she was doing that here as Yasu's accomplice. I think Yasu appeared in front of everyone and used the gold to get them to acknowledge her as the new head of house, then split off the dungeon group while she killed the dinning room group. Krauss was probably thinking he was an accomplice but didn't know everyone would actually be killed, while Kyrie made some suggestions/alterations to Yasu's plan. They probably brought Jessica at least in on it for a bit for the phone call, but then actually killed her. Eventually Yasu turned on Kyrie and killed her along with the others.

Again, this is half baked remembrance of what I was thinking at some point in the past, so it's spotty as hell.
