TGC's main advantage is the instant cast 3 to start (and the ability to excel in elements besides holy). so the shorter the fight, the more of an advantage he has, the longer the fight the lesser. and Beatrix has the option of putting something else in her other slot, whereas TGC kinda needs to carry two assault sabers (or whatever other element he's using). Why does Cid need just two assualt sabers, instead of being able to run something else. And god damnit.
