It's a short little music video that tells the story of a couple as they age over the years, and the trials of life they go through together. Honestly, I teared up the first time through, and did so even harder just now, trying to get some writing material. I think the video speaks for itself, so obviously you should just watch that. ~~One thing I truly loved was how he breaks the fourth wall near the end, using all of his strength to stop the flow of time so that he can be with his wife longer.
