You definitely want Zack, after that I think Bartz and Zidane are your next best, especially if dived. Zidane's trance mode with Dash and Slash is outstanding. You need some way to get haste - if you have Edge's SSB you can use him with raging storm, otherwise a buffer (preferably one that's not redundant with the +50% attack on Zack's chain.)
