Both of them have a respectable 35 base at neutral(which means 38 boon) Effie or Gwendolyn if you're concerned about arena score. There's also Nowi, but zzzzz Greens I can personally vouch for Nino. Cherche is supposed to be a fantastic flier, but you mentioned wanting to hold out for the Pegasus sisters.
