That's a pretty significant difference. (And there's a slight feedback effect here, where all of Tampa's divisional opponents are themselves slightly overrated from playing each other.) (If you want to compare other random teams, like, say, Florida vs New Jersey, then the gap is still significant, though closes slightly.
