Topic	So, am I allowed to ask about that "ce" board's bad reputation?

Apparently, there's a user with multiple alts that once harassed a female user badly. So badly, that when she moved across the world, he changed his sleeping schedule so he could be online at the same time as her. Now, I don't know if that rumor is true. If it is, it's really disturbing. To add to that, the user with the multiple alts is STILL posting on that board, according to what I've heard. It's just.......disturbing. If this is really true and happened, WHY haven't the mods dealt with that user? WHY is that user not banned permanently?
