SSJSephirothGokuX123 05/19/18 4:09:54 PM #296:	You get to choose the skill for the most part, some exceptions are boosts if different element's (IE you can't give a water boost to a fire magicite) and certain skills like Darkmare's low HP damage boost. 3* (and 4)are better for inheritance but 2 level up much faster and have less guilt about disposal.
