MWC, children are required by compulsory education laws to attend school from the age of six to the age of sixteen. Essentially, they are forced to attend school. If you then force them to attend school under the watch of teachers who are essentially armed guards, then you are subjecting them to cruel and unusual punishment, as they are being imprisoned for committing no crime.


Devil's advocate here. Arming teachers is a stupid idea, but this line of reasoning is really bullshit. Guns or no guns, a school isn't a prison.


I'm just using the same bullshit logic MWC does of twisting the bill of rights to suit my argument.
