Chemical castration, taking meds to lower libido, and as horrible as it sounds sex robots might be decent treatment if we actually research it. Not sure if a pedo can be rewired to pursue only healthy, legal partnerships or at least heavily push towards that.

First off I never said force. Second you can't guarantee that. Many people are castrated who don't run around killing everyone. Though after a quick search it seems this prolly isn't the best way to treat pedophilia.
