research it enough and youll find people want to have limbs cut off, become wheel chair bound, and all kinds of other crazy BS. they insist they are healthy and that the only cure is to disable them. in all honesty its just another insane spin off of the trans movement where people insist that their natural body is incorrect and needs some massive huge alteration.

anybody that says they want a part of a healthy functioning body part cut off or damaged needs to be put in an insane asylum and treated for that, not encouraged.
