11 and 14 don't count. They're MMOs.12 was the worst game in the history of the series.So it's a choice between 13 and 15. 15's battle system sucked, 13's was surprisingly deep and fun. Both stories kinda sucked, but at least the characters were unique in 13. I'll go with 13.
