I'm pretty sure I never came across it once. All you have to do is see something, not catch it. I'm 99% positive the roamer was the last thing I needed, and yes I know you don't have to catch it. Maybe they changed it in Platinum? As far as I remember just talking to it in the cave auto added it to the dex. --- Never underestimate the power of stupidity in numbers. ~War13104 Never stoop to the level of idiots.
