This is nothing like being trans and people like this are really, really terrible and don't get the help they actually need. The psychologist in this example definitely needs to be stripped of their licenses.
trans is at its core a BIID disorder. you are literally identifying your body as something that it is not. that is trans people.... Removing your sex parts is cutting off a part of your healthy functioning body which is no different than this girl saying i want to blind myself.

And bringing up destroying or removing healthy parts with regards to trans people is sign of being misinformated at best
Much like the 3+6=3+26 bit, it really isn't my duty to provide a rebuttal to something that is not the case in any capacity. It's like asking me to provide a rebuttal to 1+1=7. I could, but honestly it isn't my duty to explain entry level details to somebody who would merely misconstrue it to their own ends.
