For starters he said the morning of the crime he was going fishing in his very small fishing boat and most experts thought it was kinda crazy to go fishing in such a small boat on that morning. Made no sense. I already addressed the small boat issue. The boat was way too small to dump a body the size of Laci Peterson without capsizing. Plus the baby was alive for up to four days after the day Laci died. So if he went fishing the day she disappeared and dumped her the same day but there is no evidence of a crime scene in their home how do you explain that? The baby was found with electrical tape on his ear outside of her body. Her torso was found with no internal organs and experts agreed that wouldn't have happened just because of fish or ocean currents. How and where was she murdered if Scott wasn't at home the morning she was murdered?
