If this is FINALLY the start of dismantling of the powers Unions have, thank god.
The time had well come past that we don't need Unions anymore. They long long long stepped their bounds of what they were created to do. Kids aren't dying in mines anymore, there are now labor laws for all this, don't need Unions. Now all Unions do is protect awful (and sometimes dangerous) workers.
I do not think it hurts unions, if I saw correctly. I think it is about supporting arbitration over major lawsuits for individuals.
Damn.... that sucks. Was so hyped to watch Unions power fucking die.
Unions are good and bad. Kind of are what they are. Blanket removing them would likely be bad. ---
