There's a difference between being a pedophile and a child molester.
Spend a lot of time on the internet and you come across people who are attracted to children that lock themselves in their house and refuse to leave because they are terrified of what they may do to the children they see. They know they're sick, and wrong, but that's what they're attracted to, they can't help it. They even volunteer chemical castration.
