If the official line is "it's 100% a mental illness problem and nothing at all to do with guns so we shouldn't touch guns at all," then it is indeed necessary to care whether or not he's an incel, since that's a crucial part of his mental health.

Frankly, this is a canard trotted out by socially awkward people who refuse to face up to the fact that behavior they view as innocent can make women feel very unsafe. It's not rocket science that most girls don't want to date someone who makes them uncomfortable.

You already quoted and responded to that post, and I really don't think this second response was really witty enough to warrant making an additional post for it. That just makes you look desperate to express your bitterness.

And yes, if you're awkward enough about it, saying hi to somebody can indeed make them uncomfortable. If you're making people uncomfortable by saying hi to them, you really need to reevaluate your conduct.
