| Dancedreamer 05/22/18 9:57:09 AM #242: | Maybe someone can explain to me why Daren Hobson is being tried with Terrorism. Now, I won't jump to conclusions. Maybe the gun he had wasn't fake, but real (despite reports saying it was fake). Maybe there was a political bent behind it (but nobody's said what that is yet, if anything at all). But at present, I just don't see why he's being charged with terrorism instead of say.. public endangerment or even aggravated assault. Maybe Nevada state law defines terrorism differently -- it appears to do so. But if that's the case, then Stephen Paddock should have also been classified as a terrorist.
