Ignis will join the game 31 May (we already knew this!).
Elarra is recruitable in Record Dungeons and she is a healer (we knew that too!)

Part 2: Record Dungeons
Arrives May 30th. Art shown at 17:10 of video. New original characters in the art are biggs and wedge (they also talk about namingway and shadowsmith, who weve seen before). This art will become the new title screen[...]. In art, tyro and elarra arent wearing hats they talk about tyros bangs for a bit.

Record dungeons open with a movie recapping Tyros adventures. Shown at 21:45
Record dungeons made up of islands each representing a separate chapter. New music arrangement called journey of memory. Is an entirely new arrangement.
Corrupted Paintings and Record Paintings described at 24:08. Corrupted paintings DONT require stamina, record paintings DO.
At 26:30: Party members are fixed in corrupted paintings (they mimic the party in the scene in the original game). There are side dungeons as well, which can be either record or corrupted dungeons. So when fighting the guardian scorpion in ff7 (first boss), you can only have tyro/elarra AND cloud and Barrett (who were the only ones who fought the guardian scorpion in FF7)

THERE WILL BE A 100 MYTHRIL GIFT AS A REWARD FOR RD LAUNCH (32:22). GLOBAL EXCLUSIVE. /U/ConcernedKeeper can finally be at peace, we are more than equal with missing daily mission rewards now. Also, given the other announcements where more mythril is given, this will add up (unclear if more mythril gifts are being referred to in the future, or if reflecting on the past)
Stamina cost will be removed for Record paintings for a limited time following the update.
Part 3: Game Updates
Music hall will let players choose their favourite music to play on the home screen.
Acolyte archives (36:40): All missions that are completed before will be carried over.
Book of trials is about guiding new players, and is split up into different parts. Completing gives a free 3x draw with guaranteed 5 star and free choice relic. Rewards range from unique, and later super and bursts.
