No, just the people who treat a beard as a badge of manliness. It's the new "Real men wear pink", a trend latched onto by guys who typically have no other manly attributes and don't do anything really manly, so they pick a low effort method of asserting manliness and act as though it's significant.

This, to some extent.

It seems like uncontrollable beard growth has become the standard go-to hipster/millennial look lately, and most of them just wind up looking like homeless people. I've also noticed it's a trend with a lot of wrestlers lately, who seem to equate growing out their beards as long and large as possible as being more "manly", but honestly, it just make them look like primitive cavemen or hillbilly weirdos. And then there's the stereotypical nerd neckbeard or older geek stereotype where all RPers/D&D players grow ou their beards to look like Gandalf.

I'm not anti-beard (I've pretty much had one for like 25 years at this point), but I think it absolutely looks best when it's kept neat and trim, well-groomed, and not scraggly and out of control. Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark? Excellent. Mick Foley in WWE? ( http://stillrealtous.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/mick_foley-1.jpg ) Ugh.
