This is indeed the group of songs I did not like at all. Ultra cutesy ain't my thing. Sexy is cool I suppose but I'm really just in it for the music, and groups going for that cutesy sound often kills it for me. Sexy can sound like a lot of different things so it doesn't affect the music much often. PumpkinCoach posted... don't forget me - this is their best song imo, and gets overlooked often as it falls between their 2 major defining periods (cutesy and sexy). this is a good place to start. good! maybe a little unremarkable though. there's not a whole lot that stands out in this song to me. it may take a few listens to really grow on me PumpkinCoach posted... expectation - their second reinvention, and where they start to resemble the group you're familiar with. not a huge fan of expectation personally, but female president is a good song. i suppose there isn't a clean break album-wise though, because iirc these 2 were only ever bundled awkwardly with their cutesy stuff in their first full album. Yeah this whole album feels like a mash-up of different stuff. The song Expect is alright, not big on Female President (but it's decent I suppose), and the album as a whole I'm not in love with either. I'll give my current top 5 in order - it's pretty close to the list of songs I posted earlier: Something Love Again Don't Be Shy Darling Whistle EDIT: If I were to place Minah's solo stuff in that top 5 somewhere, I'd place I Am A Woman Too below Something, and Colorful in the same place as Darling --- Got a brand new blues that I can't explain <cite>Solioxrz362 posted [p:902080608] in kpop topic...
