Bold Fighter is only available from 2 units: Hardin and Christmas Lissa. Hardin is 5* only. Christmas Lissa is 5* only and only shows up on special banners since she is a seasonal unit. This means, you have very limited ability to give Bold Fighter to multiple units unless you spend a lot of money. The tier list assumes all armors have Bold Fighter available as an option for their placement in the tier list. --- This was not the best year for my bracket.
