And ivs are like their natures(pokereference) and what abilities get what positive/negative boosts? Yes, they are essentially pokemon natures. There's no name for the natures here like in pokemon if that's what your're asking. A unit can either be neutral in all stats or have a bane in one stat along with a boon in another one. A bane means 3-4 points lower than neutral value in that stat at level 40, and vice-versa for the the boon.
