"If you had three super powers, not just one or even two, what would they be?"

I was initially going to think of stuff that would be cool thematically for me personally and stuff, but fuck it: If I can legit get any 3 super powers, I'm just going to go for the most broken ones so that I can become rich, and make myself a super hero/villain if need be.

So give me teleportation, mind control, and and time control. Or swap time control with immortality, if that's allowed.

I would then essentially make myself Light Yagami from Death Note, except with more money and maybe slightly less of a god complex.

I'm not a fan of casting Jamie Foxx as Spawn. I feel it's going to be two hours of him growling and talking with his mouth closed thru his teeth.

*shrug* They need star power is they are going to compete with the big superhero film obvious, and that's something he definitely has. I like Kaluuya a lot, but I definitely don't see him as Spawn. I could go with Duke, though.

Any thoughts on why Solo is under performing at the box office?

Come on, you know why: Film fatigue, which myself and practically everyone else predicated would happen as soon as Disney got the SW rights.

It was inevitable that Disney was going to suck the teat dry, but they somehow seem amazingly oblivious that having a once cherished series with only 6 films in a 30+ year span switching to like 4 films in 4 years would be a very jarring switch that would wear people down and out. Despite the large marketing blitz, you could just FEEL how uninterested the general public has been for the film.

There's a myriad of smaller reasons, too: Planting it right after/next to IW and Deadpool 2 was an amazingly bad idea, and the extremely polarizing The Last Jedi definitely killed more fans of the movies than brought in, yours truly included. Alden Ehrenreich not really having the "look" of Harrison Ford in the trailers, or the fact that no one was asking for a Solo backstory in the first place also contribute.

One would hope this is a wake-up call the Disney, since they already have like 2 other trilogies and a Boba Fett movie already planned. They definitely need to pump the brakes over there. The fact that a SW movie is going to have trouble making its money back is mind blowing.

When they originally announced they were going to do Rogue One, Solo, and a presumed Obi-Wan movie, Rogue One was pretty much the only concept I even remotely gave a shit about.

Same. I have a problem with doing stand-alone movies with already established characters, just so they can fill in their backstories. I don't NEED to know Han's backstory-the fact that he's a ruffian and a smuggler has been, and always will be good enough for the SW movies. I don't need the exact details.

RO is different though, because it has minimal connection to already established characters, yet a large connection to the plot. And while no one ever asked for, or needed to see how the Death Star plans were stolen, it offered a rare glimpse into the SW universe void of Jedi or The Froce, and instead relied on good-old subterfuge and whatnot. The fact that it turned out to be a suicide mission and all the heroes were basically forgotten also made it cool.
