Every 5 non 5* pulls will increase your total chance of a 5* by 0.5%. It resets back to start if you get a 5*. Hero banner it starts at 8%, normal banners it's 6% (3% of on banner and 3% of off banner). So people who are up to 10% or 10.5% have done at least 20-25 pulls without getting a 5*. --- No problem!
