Their job is to examine the facts and decide if the evidence is sufficient to determine guilt, this is no different in cases of sexual assault and so you cant claim a discrepancy with sexual assault cases. Except that sexual assaults are notoriously under-investigated. Sure, once you get into court, the burden of proof is applied reasonably, but if the facts haven't been properly collected in the first place, you're not going to end up with a verdict that reflects the facts. --- This is my signature.
