Who has the strongest Pokmon here? Mine is a 3110 tyranitar, which obviously isnt going to be the strongest one. Dagglin is the highest level at 39 in my friends, so maybe him?

I have a 3724 Kyogre which I could power further but, at this point, kinda don't feel like it although it's a 91%er. Among other issues, I have a few other Kyogre I really need to use the candy on instead.

Granted, if I evo'd a Slaking, it'd have a higher CP. However, Slaking is absolute crap so it doesn't mean much. Other than Slaking (who caps at 4500CP), the only Pokemon in the game who can cap over 4k are Groudon and Kyogre.

They're pretty cool, but you likely won't wind up using it that much. The fact it doesn't have a great psychic charge move kinda hampers it. Machamp usually outperforms C/FB Mewtwo when it comes to gyms and then Rayquaza/Dragonite are more reliable for neutral DPS in raids.

It's really more of a prestige Pokemon. Occasionally I'll use mine for a gym takedown (assuming there's no Blissey, Chansey, or Snorlax), but that's really about it.

I have four rare candy. How many candy do they give you when you use it?

1 rare candy = 1 candy. And there are quite a few legendaries worth rare candying, although Kyogre really tops that list.
