He ran on an anti-lobbyist platform, but his department was riddled with lobbyists. https://www.opensecrets.org/obama/rev.php You can see that when he did things like massively (illegally) expanding our already horrible Bush war. Not as corrupt as Trump. Trump actually does blatant international bribery, with foreign countries laundering money to him through his company in exchange for favors. He takes the typical national corruption and makes it international. There's also him completely throwing environmentalism out the window.
