Innate Res Ploy may be one of the least tempting +Eff refines I've ever seen (even if you want to Ploy with her, you're better off refining her weapon for Res and stuffing a ploy in another slot), but that's not a major loss. Whoops, looks like I'd misread and it's Res Tactic instead.
