I never said PR was a state (although I do know there are some people who would like it to be). But lets be real here, PR is culturally Latino/Hispanic, so that causes idiots like the guy in the video to lump them in with Mexicans and Central Americans even though by U.S. law, Puerto Ricans enjoy the privilege of U.S. citizenship (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1402).
