I can tell who he is right away lol The thing is that most of the people he interviews have no fucking clue who he is so, on some level, that disguise isn't even necessary. Part of why he had to retire characters like Borat is because roughly 70-90% or more of everyone he interviewed recognized him after the movie came out.
