Is this accurate or are the extended delays actually balanced to the damage unlike... most things that have that mechanic in the game. Wasn't chomping at the bit to use Orlandu anyway but it is kind of a bummer to get a 100 Gem "jackpot" for it to be worthless. Even moreso than a 3* in some ways. --- No problem!
