I tried my damndest to get some kind of resolution, but nobody wanted to help me with it because of the ridiculous "contract" Hertz jams in front of you. So I was told I had a car that was covered by my insurance and all I had to do was pay for any gas I didn't replace in the tank, and then I get charged for over two weeks' worth of rental before I finally figure out State Farm's not covering me.
