Went in to get an oil change at Firestone and they told me I had a nail in one of my tires and asked if I wanted them to take it out and patch it up. I was like "well I'm already here so sure." Not even a week later, I'm coming home from school on the highway and the tire that they "fixed" blew out on me. This was the 2nd or 3rd time I've had a tire related issue on my way home from school so I'm pissed and swore I'd never get my tires done at Firestone ever again.

This past spring I had to take my car in to get some wires fixed cause Squirrels chewed through them again (happened last year too). They said they could't do it this time cause they didn't have the technician on hand so I'd have to go to one farther away that did. The previous manager was always cool with my family and such but he's moved on to another store or something so now there's literally no reason for me to give them my business anymore. Fuck Firestone.
