I've never really been this afraid to play a game before. I love horror movies/shows and never really get scared. I probably feel more uneasy/scared during games, because to me, games are more immersive.

The only two games that even come close to REHD for me, that I've played, are bloodborne and RE4. Bloodborne is more creepy than scary (although sometimes scary), with the constant moaning/wailing and banging. Still, I wasn't really all that scared since I had a means of attack, and could kill enemies pretty easily.

RE4 just has some crazy looking monsters/zombies that are strong, and a few jump scares, iirc, but you get so much ammo in the game that you feel pretty powrful (not as OP as you are in RE5, but still decently strong).

REHD has those scary camera angles, and the music is frightening, and the zombies take so many hits to kill, and you don't have a surplus of ammo. Just the whole game is super scary to me.

It's weird because the game is super addicting, yet scary as hell at somepoints. I feel so conflicted playing it.
