Rules:

- First Pokemon encountered in an area is the only one allowed to be caught*
- No duplicate Pokemon (if the first Pokemon encountered is a species already owned, encounter does not count)
- Level Cap (No Pokemon can be over the level of the next leader's highest Pokemon)
- Limited to same number of Pokemon as gym leader
- 1-for-1 item rule in Leader Battles
- Shiny Clause :>
- blackout does not mean game over as long as there are soldiers in reserve
- Depletion of entire forces will result in execution for incompetence

Our mission has been received from the elders of the Great B8 Empire: conquer the vast, powerful, and as of now unsuspecting kingdom of Unova. Failure, of course, shall be met with death whether it be by enemy forces or our own.

A task of this magnitude will require cunning, precision, ruthlessness and utter devotion to the cause. So naturally I, a tactician with minor success and many failures to my name and has been placed in charge of this endeavor. We will need to amass our army from the inhabitants of Unova because we have strangely not been provided any significant forces of our own by the Great B8 Empire. I suppose the elders only want to give me additional chances to prove my worth.

It was only a matter of time before we made the move to conquer this land I suppose. For although the only wrong Unova did the Great B8 Empire was to rule without its consent, that is reason enough.
