If you're stopped at a red light that just turned green and the person in front of you isn't moving after a few seconds I'm gonna give a really light and fast honk. If you're still there (which this happened just a week ago), you're gonna get a longer honk. AND IF YOU'RE STILL FUCKING THERE, you'll get a continuous honk for a second or two. I live in London, people honk because they're sitting in traffic. The horn is to warn other drivers of imminent danger, if it's not a risk to anybody then I don't care if you flash your lights, flip people off or shout, just save the horn.
