They haven't for Iron Man matches because they're generally accompanied by good builds If you think knowing the match is 30 minutes doesn't matter though you pretty much haven't paid attention to any WWE matches in the 21st century. The audience doesn't care about matches until they think a finish is possible. Guess what's true about a 30 minute Iron Man matches for the first 25 minutes... --- No problem!
