There are regular cops and regular criminals who all exist as nobodies. Theres nothing in place for the actual villains. They either get killed and somehow find a way to come back anyways or they change and everything bad they did is forgotten. I mean Toriyama himself gives 0 shits about the writing so theres no defending it. Both series have bad writing, but Naruto tried to be grander than what it was while DB just accepted itself as popcorn viewing ... Copied to Clipboard! |
